“In May, the Hinding Company installed our new furnace and A/C. We are more than happy with the job that they did. Everything was great- from the first phone call that we had with them to set up an appointment so we could get an estimate to doing all the necessary paperwork after the work was done so that we could receive all the rebates and warranties that we were told about. They have a very friendly customer service. Brian, their sales representative, is very knowledgeable about the furnace and A/C business. He did not try to get us to buy a product that we did not feel comfortable with, but worked with us to find a product that we wanted. He was willing to answer as many questions as we had (and we did have a lot of them). Two guys who installed the furnace and A/C came on time, completed the job in less time that we expected and cleaned everything before they left. We know that we will continue to do business with Hinding Company. We highly recommend them.”

When the time came, recently, to buy a new air conditioner, Brian Nepstad came to our home to evaluate our needs. We were impressed that he didn’t pressure us into buying the most expensive replacement unit, but one that suits the needs of our small house and budget. The install crew was efficient, and took away all the debris from our old unit. Pat, the service tech who has worked in our home most of the time, stopped by to make sure everything was working properly. We highly recommend Hinding Heating and Air Conditioning.”

“Recently, Hinding replaced my furnace and repaired my air conditioner. When I contacted companies to get bids, Hinding was the most prompt in their response and the most thorough in their explanation of what would be involved in the work. They also gave me the lowest bid! The installation went smoothly and flawlessly. Although the AC repair involved only and indoor part, they also inspected the outdoor unit and cleaned it for no extra charge, thereby increasing the efficiency. The consultant, Brian, followed up with a visit at the end of the day to make sure the work was satisfactory and to answer any further questions I might have. They will come out in the fall for a free tune-up and inspection of the furnace before the cold hits. I would definitely do business with Hinding again!”

“In December 2010, I had a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioner installed by Hinding. We had a great experience with Hinding. Brian, our salesmen, was very knowledgeable and professional. The installers were on time and very professional. They were very focused on the install and it only took them 5 hours to install the equipment. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. Hinding registered my equipment with the manufacturer the same day they installed it. Hinding was very prompt in sending me the $1500 tax credit paper work.
